We work directly with awareness, breath, movement, sound/toning, and simple practices that help you re-tune consciousness and energy. No belief system, no heavy jargon—just clear guidance and space to notice what’s actually happening and shift from there. This is an excellent follow-up to an archetypal astrology session.
